In a blog posting, Yahoo employee Jeremy Zawodny lists the skills and experience the company seeks in an RSS hacker. Besides the technical stuff, Zawodny writes, “And, of course, it’s best if you like RSS and syndication technologies. We’re bringing RSS to the masses and need your help. We have big plans for content syndication.” The post doesn’t elaborate on those plans, but if Yahoo! is serious about RSS (and an early Zawodny post was titled, “Yes, we’re serious about RSS!”), whatever they release is likely to give it a significant boost.
