I hardly ever use my Gmail account (which I got thanks to the accounts Neville Hobson had available to give away). It’s a good, solid service, nothing wrong with it. But I have my own e-mail server with an excellent spam filter. I’ve set up a few of the services I’ve subscribed to (like GarageBand.com) using Gmail, but if I get three or four e-mails a week there, that’s a lot.
