Cogenz seeks beta testers
Cogenz, Niall Cook’s startup that aims to bring social bookmarketing to the enterprise level, is looking for corporate beta testers. According to Cook—known for the blog he started as a UK-based Hill & Knowlton public relations counselor—Cogenz is seeking one company per sector. Available sectors are listed on the company’s blog.
In addition to being able to use the site in its beta form, participants in the program will also get free access for up to 100 users when the service moves out of beta. If you’re interested in having your company join the beta, send Niall an email with your name, job title, and company name. You’ll get a copy of the terms and conditions for signature, assuming there’s still room for participation by a company in your sector.
Social bookmarking sites—notably del.icio.us—have redefined the way many people bookmark and find information on the web. Cogenz will offer a secure hosted site for use strictly within a single organization, bringing the benefits of social bookmarking to intranets and other internal networks.
