What are the all-time greatest PR endeavors?

PR News wants you to weigh in on the most successful PR endeavors of all time. You can vote for three from a list that includes the Boston Tea Party (I think that was a Hill & Knowlton account), Ivy Lee’s declaration of principles, the search for an actress to play Scarlett O’Hara and the website for “The Blair Witch Project,” among many others. Wisely, the contest also lets you add “Other.” What the heck; let’s vote!

Thanks for the heads-up on this list. Some of the suggestions were laughable, but I selected Tom Paine's "Common Sense," FDR's Fireside Chats and the Tylenol crisis as my top three. Paine's booklet literally kept the revolution going during its darkest hours. FDR kept the nation moving forward during some of its darkest hours, and J&J showed corporate America how a company could and should communicate during a horrific crisis.
