1.I am loving this book, and if you want to understand the coming trends in marketing (and what you can do for your own business), you'll buy Citizen Marketing by Ben McConnell and Jackie Huba. You may be familiar with their Church of the Customer Blog, a good source of marketing through word of mouth and social media ideas. Now you can access an excellent review of the book by Shel Holtz of A Shel of My Former Self blog here. He reviews the book on his excellent For Immediate Release podcast.…
