  • 1.Hi Shel, this was a great presentation. I liked how you tied together some of the most recent events and how social media engaged the public so quickly. I still don't quite understand why people were offended by the Motrin Moms commercial, but that just goes to show that you can't always predict what might flare up into a "crisis."
