Les Potter, ABC, is one of the smartest people I know when it comes to strategic internal communication (and life in general); he’s also one of the best individual human beings I’ve ever met. Les’ communications career has been long and fruitful. He managed internal communciations for a telecommunications company, reported to Elizabeth Dole on communication strategy when he was at the Red Cross, spent time with human resources consulting firms in their communications practices, and now teaches at Towson while working on his Ph.D.

He was also chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (I was fortunate to serve on the board during Les’ tenure), is a published author…the list goes on. He’s also an individual of unparalleled courage.

And now he’s blogging under the title, More with Les. I’ll be an avid reader.
