Serendipitous discovery of “Blogging for Business”

Albert Maruggi, of Minnesota-based Provident Partners, gave me a heads-up that he’d posted this Utterz. What a terrific tale (at least, it is for me).

I would add only that Ted Demopoulos was an equal partner in the writing of “Blogging for Business.”

Thanks, Albert!

  • 2.Ted, sorry, you would think with a name like Maruggi I would have had more confidence to pronounce Demopoulos, but I was a chicken.

More to the point. You guys have no idea how much more we can do for this client given the foundation established in this book. Another section of the book that consultants must read are pages 83 and 84 on the issue of paid blogging.

This came up in Leo Laporte's recent TechGuy show and he is opposed to it. I need to start giving these books to clients with the pages referenced. Now that's a great idea!

  • 3.Albert, no need to apologize!
What amazes me about our book, is I can open to a random page and usually not be sure whether Shel or I wrote it. Our writing meshed together that well.

I guess I'm complimenting myself, as I consider Shel to be a far better writer :)

Now I'm off to see exactly what we said on pages 83 and 84.
