Blogging the ALI conference
I’ve been chairing the Corporate Blogging and Podcasting conference in San Francisco, put on by Advanced Learning Institute. (Chairing, by the way, means that I conducted a pre-conference workshop, delivered the keynote, and introduce all the speakers.) My duties have kept me from blogging the conference, but Lee Aase from the Mayo Clinic has been doing yeoman’s work covering the event, including his dinner last night and his own presentation this morning (which he posted before he started speaking—can’t blog and speak at the same time!). Sessions Lee has covered so far:
- My keynote
- My keynote, part 2
- IBM’s Christopher Barger
- Plaxo’s Mark Jen
- Whirlpool’s Dan Cooke (on “The American Family” podcast)
- US Army Capt. Anthony Deiss of Central Command on the military’s use of the blogosphere
- Jeanette Gibson of CISCO Systems
- Thursday’s dinner
- Lee’s session on Mayo Clinic
- Paula Berg of Southwest Airlines
- Jason Cieslak & Inesa Figueroa from Siegel+Gale
- Wrap-up
