Several PR bloggers have noted that the State Department has begun distributing RSS feeds. Wired News has an overview of government use of RSS that includes a comment by RSS developer and evangelist Dave Winer, who believes these agencies are early adopters. “I’d be surprised if more than 2 percent of internet users are also RSS users,” Winer says.
