On Wednesday, June 27, I presented a closing session at the 2012 IABC World Conference in Chicago, as part of the “All-Star” track (these are presenters who scored well at the 2011 conference). My topic focused on mobility beyond apps and optimized web content, winding up with a look at the growing role of games and gamification in the enterprise as these go increasingly mobile.
